As we prioritize the safety of our students and staff, we want to remind everyone of our pick-up line procedures. Please remember:
🚗 All parents must stay in their cars during pick-up. School staff will escort children directly to your vehicle.
🚦 It’s essential to remain in line until all children are safely in your car. While we understand the desire for a quick pick-up, skipping the line is not permitted.
🙏 We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure a smooth and organized pick-up process. Your cooperation helps keep our students safe!

Here are our activities for this week, have a blessed Sunday!
Reminder for this week! Third, 4th, and 5th graders will be taking their annual trip to Lambshead Ranch. Please send your child with a water bottle, sack lunches will be provided by the school. We ask that you also send your student in closed shoes. (no sandals or slides) It is recommended students apply sunscreen before they leave home and we will reapply as needed throughout the day. We will be returning to the school for our regular 4:15 pick-up. Third grade- Tuesday, Oct. 1st. Fourth grade- Wednesday, Oct. 2nd. Fifth grade - Thursday, Oct. 3rd (school pictures will be taken first thing that morning and then students will leave) Please feel free to reach out to your child's teacher or Mrs. Riley if you have any questions.

If you're curious how to find our athletic schedules for the year, please navigate to www.throck.org. Once there, click on "Menu" and then "Athletics". All of our schedules for football, cross country, and basketball have been uploaded for you to access. We have also uploaded the scheduled to our app, which can be downloaded from the app store or google play by searching Throckmorton Collegiate ISD. The app provides you the ability to see all events, get turn-by-turn GPS directions, share events to family and friends, as well as add events to your personal calendar.
Dr. Brad Lindsey and his crew are here today to introduce our secondary students in grades 7-12 to the science of embryology. Students are learning about bovine reproduction, AI techniques, as well as the science of bovine embryo transfer. We are excited for our kiddos to learn about the scientific side of ranching and potential job opportunities that they may never have known existed!
A quick reminder that our varsity football game has been moved to tomorrow (9/26/2024) and will begin at 7:00pm. Junior high football has been canceled for this week. The Throckmorton Cow Country Invitational cross country meet will be held tomorrow (9/26/2024) at the Throckmorton golf course. Running will begin at 4:00pm with JH boys and continue on a rolling schedule with JH girls and elementary kiddos at the end.

Just a reminder that Family night Bingo has been moved to Thursday, Oct. the 3rd. Our staff has donated some wonderful prizes and the nacho bar will be delicious so please join us!
The game this Thursday against Blanket has been moved to 7pm due to officials.

Attention TCISD community. We are preparing for the demolition of the old elementary building, and we would like to grant the community an opportunity to purchase any remaining furniture and equipment left in the old elementary. We will open the doors to that campus this Friday (9/20/2024) from 8:00am - 4:00pm. Items available for purchase will be labeled and marked. Items that are not labeled and marked ARE NOT for sale. This is a first come, first served event. All items sold must be removed by 4:30pm on Thursday (9/26/2024). If you are interested in any school furniture and/or equipment, please come visit us this Friday!
