Our elementary Academic UIL performance was spectacular this year. Though we finished in 4th place overall, we saw large growth over last year's point total. Many of our students were recognized for their hard work in the individual and team events. Please see the images below and be sure to congratulate these kiddos when you see them!

Please come out this evening to see the band program's Christmas Caroling on the courthouse lawn. We are set to begin at 6:30pm, and there will be hot chocolate, coffee, a live nativity, and some wonderful Christmas music! We look forward to seeing everyone!

Attention TCISD parents and guardians. Due to a significant water main break in town, the school had lost all water pressure. This has resulted in a complete loss of all toilets, sinks, and water fountains. Out of necessity, we are going to be dismissing school at 3:30pm today. Please make arrangements to come pick your children up at 3:30pm. All bus routes will run at this time, and the pick-up line will begin at this time as well. Please contact the school at 940-849-2411 if you are unable to pick your child up and we will work with you to help get your children home. Thank you all for your understanding and cooperation with this change to our normal schedule.

Congratulations to Taylor Koonsman on graduating from TSTC last Thursday evening!!! Taylor graduated with his Diesel Mechanics certification and plans to seek employment with Bobcat of Abilene. We are so proud of this young man for his accomplishment, and we're thrilled to see another of our P-TECH students successfully complete their post-secondary studies!

Just a MeRrY reminder that our Christmas music program is next week, Thursday, December 19,⋅at 9:00 AM. Please join us in the new cafeteria for the presentation. Afterwards, students will change into PJs for the, "Dream a Little Dream" fun day.

Please note that we have changed the date for the Christmas Caroling event being held on the Throckmorton courthouse lawn. Instead of being this Wednesday night, it has been changed to this Thursday night. The event will begin at 6:30pm and will include Christmas Caroling, a live nativity scene, and refreshments for our visitors. Please spread the word that this event has changed from Wednesday to Thursday and come out to enjoy a fun evening with our students!

The boys tournament game tomorrow has been moved to 10:30am. They will be playing the same team at the same location, the start time is the only change.

UIL update- The bus is at the red light in Throckmorton.

UIL contestants arrival update-the bus is currently driving through Jacksboro.

UIL participants in second and third grade are back at school and will be picked up at 4:15. Fourth through eighth grade parents will be notified when their child leaves Perrin ISD. They will be arriving home AFTER 4:15. (Estimated Time of Arrival 6:00) We will keep everyone updated!
