3rd-5th Reading: April 15
6th-8th Reading: April 16
US History & 8th Social Studies: April 17
5th & 8th Science, Biology: April 22
3rd-5th Math: April 29
6th-8th Math, Algebra I: April 30
📍 Important Reminder: Ensure that students are well-prepared and rested for these critical assessments! 💪

Today marked the completion of the final clinical rotation for our two outstanding CNA students, Bre and Mareesa. Their unwavering dedication and tireless efforts have been evident as they prepare for the upcoming CNA exam this spring.
A pivotal component of their training involved immersive, hands-on experience in a nursing home setting, where they collaborated closely with medical professionals to provide compassionate care and support to residents. We couldn’t be prouder of Bre and Mareesa’s commitment and exemplary work ethic.
A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Stacy Key for her invaluable contributions in offering our students the opportunity to explore and thrive in this rewarding career path.

Huge congratulations to Aubrey Mims for taking 2nd place in the Junior Citizen's Bee contest in Wichita Falls this week! 🏆👏 She has earned a spot as an alternate for the upcoming state contest! This incredible competition allows young leaders to showcase their knowledge of local government, civic duties, and current events. Thanks to the mentorship of her teacher, Mrs. Amy Dick, Aubrey’s hard work and dedication have truly paid off. We couldn't be prouder! 🌟 Keep shining, Aubrey!

Please note: The JH track meet originally scheduled for this Thursday (3/6/2025) in Seymour has been moved to Archer City.
📅 New Schedule:
Field Events: 4:00pm
Running Events: 6:00pm
This change is to accommodate Seymour's ongoing playoff basketball schedule, ensuring that the track season continues smoothly for all teams.
In addition, the HS Track Team will be traveling to Munday this Friday (3/7/2025) for the Mogul Relays:
3200: 9:00am
Field Events: 10:00am
We hope to see you all there to support our young men and women as they give it their all!
Reminder- 3rd, 6th, 7th, 8th Reading Interim Assessment will be tomorrow, March 4th, 4th & 5th Reading and US History Interim Assessment will be Wednesday the 5th, and Eng I & II Interim Assessment will be Thursday the 6th. What is the purpose of this test? The online assessments test students on the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS). They will help teachers pinpoint areas that students are doing well in and areas that students need additional support in before the official STAAR tests begin in April. Please ensure students are well rested tonight for this testing and give them the love and encouragement they need as you send them off for their testing this week!
