The Olney Area Retired School Personnel (OARSP) group annually donates books to an elementary class in our district. Throckmorton local members of TRTA(Texas Retired Teacher Association) are part of this group. This year, our second graders were the lucky ones to receive the books. OARSP is encouraging reading and the special part of reading is owning your own books. Enjoy the books!!!
