District Champs!

Monday, March 31st the Greyhound golf teams headed for Mineral Wells to compete for the District 14 golf title. The journey took on a whole new challenge when the trailer hauling the golf clubs fell off the hitch 5 mile outside of Mineral Wells. Unfazed by the morning’s events and the loss of a few clubs, both the Boys and the Girls teams finished 1st and earned a trip to the Regional Meet. In the boys division Korey Bailes won 1st place overall while Landon Cook earned a 3rd place medal.
On the girls side, Cati Timmons took second place and Conner Timmons finished 3rd. The Regional Meet will be at Maxwell Golf Course on April 21-22.
