Golden Greyhound Band Goes to State
Watch us in the Alamodome Dome!

On Monday, November the 5th, the
Golden Greyhound Band stepped out on Alamodome field to perform in
the State 1A Band competition. They traveled down to San
Antonio on Sunday stopping at Burnet to practice. They had
placed first in Denton, Texas at the Regional competition the week
before. The band received 10th place in the state of all 1A
schools. Congratulations!! Way to go - band!

Side note - This editor's personal opinion was that our band did an awesome job and should have advanced to the finals. Thanks for letting me express my opinion!!
